6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather events.

Ownership of products passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@heritage-golf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees to return their item should they decide to do so.

We do not accept returns outside of 7 days of the delivery date. We are a small, family-run business and therefore cannot honour an indefinite returns policy.

8. Intellectual Property
